Terms & Conditions of Commercial Sale
1. Commercial Proposals & Purchase Orders
All engineering proposals, quotes, and delivery timelines issued by American LED Display Solutions Corp. are subject to final site verification, engineering review, and receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) or signed commercial sales contract.
2. Engineering & Technical Drawings
Pre-sales CAD mechanical layouts, weight calculations, and electrical power schedules provided by our engineering department are advisory and must be reviewed by the buyer's licensed local structural engineer and electrical contractor in accordance with local municipal building codes.
3. In-House USA Commercial Warranty
Products are backed by our in-house USA warranty for the term specified in the contract (up to 5 years). Warranty covers manufacturing defects in LED diodes, module driver ICs, receiving cards, and power supplies. Every commercial shipment includes an initial spare parts kit. Defective parts are repaired or replaced via our Miami, Florida technical center.
4. Freight, Inspection & Delivery
Shipments originate from our Miami, FL distribution center or factory staging facility. Buyer or buyer's receiving agent must inspect crates upon arrival for transit damage and note any freight discrepancies on the bill of lading prior to signing.
5. Governing Law
These terms and commercial transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
