Frequently Asked Technical Questions
Everything you need to know about commercial LED displays, pixel pitch selection, power distribution, weatherproofing, and warranty coverage.
Pixel pitch refers to the distance in millimeters between the centers of two adjacent LED pixels (e.g., P1.2 mm, P3.9 mm, P6.0 mm). A smaller pixel pitch means higher pixel density, sharper resolution, and a closer minimum comfortable viewing distance. As a practical engineering rule: optimal viewing distance in feet is approximately 8 to 10 times the pixel pitch in millimeters. For example, a display with P1.5 mm is ideal for viewing from 12–15 feet, while a P6.0 mm outdoor billboard looks crisp from 48–60 feet away.
